Omniscient

Website and web purchase privacy notice

Last updated 8 September 2026.

Scope and contact

Stellaxis OÜ, Ahtri 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia, is responsible for personal data it processes for the Omniscient website, product fulfilment and support. Contact help@omniscient-app.com for privacy requests. This notice covers website visits and web purchases; the iOS privacy policy separately describes app processing.

Information and purposes

Website services can process IP addresses, browser/device information, page requests, referral information and interaction events for delivery, security and usage measurement. If you contact us, we process your email address, correspondence and any information you provide to answer your request.

Web purchases involve an email address, billing location, payment information and transaction details. Paddle processes checkout and payment data as Merchant of Record. RevenueCat processes app user identifiers, subscription and transaction status, and activation information to connect the purchase to app access. An autogenerated user identifier is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous: it can be associated with purchase records. Stellaxis can access relevant customer and subscription records for fulfilment, support and reconciliation. Do not send us full card details or activation tokens in support messages.

Legal bases

We process information necessary to fulfil purchases and support requests to perform a contract or take requested pre-contractual steps; legally required records to comply with legal obligations; and proportionate security, fraud prevention and operational records for legitimate interests. Where consent is required for optional tracking, that processing requires consent, which may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.

Providers and disclosures

Relevant services include Paddle for billing, RevenueCat for subscription management and activation, and Google/Firebase for hosting and analytics. Providers receive information needed for the services they supply. Paddle also processes data for its own payment, fraud and legal obligations under its notice. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website integrates Google Analytics and purchase-related services that may use cookies, browser storage or similar identifiers. These can support operation, measurement, fraud prevention and purchase continuity. Provider-hosted checkout pages have their own technologies and notices. Browser settings can restrict storage, but doing so may affect purchase or activation functionality. This notice does not itself obtain consent or replace a required consent mechanism.

Retention and international processing

Data is retained for the purposes described, including fulfilment, support, security and applicable accounting or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Relevant periods depend on the record and legal obligation. Providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, international transfers need an applicable adequacy decision or other lawful safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where used. We may need to verify your identity. Deleting app data does not itself cancel billing, and some transaction records must be retained. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Contact Paddle directly for requests concerning its independent payment processing.

Updates

We will update this notice when relevant processing changes and provide additional notice where required.
