Information Collection and Use

We collect usage and technical data, including app/device identifiers, device information, feature interactions, and error diagnostics, to operate and improve the Service. We use Mixpanel for analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and RevenueCat for subscription management.

When you use in-app support, we collect your messages, any content you submit, an app/device identifier, and automatically included technical diagnostics. Your name and email are optional. We may link your support record to analytics, error, and subscription records using the identifier to troubleshoot issues and provide support. These records are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous, and may identify you when combined with information you provide.

We process data to provide requested services and manage subscriptions on the basis of contract performance, and to maintain, secure, and improve the Service and answer support requests on the basis of legitimate interests. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately. Service providers supporting authentication (Firebase), hosting, notifications, and support may process relevant data for these purposes.

Retention, Transfers, and Your Rights

Retention depends on the purpose: resolving support requests, maintaining service security and reliability, and meeting legal obligations. Data may be processed outside your country; applicable international-transfer safeguards are required. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where used.
