Website and web subscription terms

Who we are

Omniscient is provided by Stellaxis OÜ, Ahtri 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: help@omniscient-app.com. These terms cover our website and access to subscriptions purchased through it. App-specific licence terms also apply to use of the app.

Products and subscriptions

Omniscient is an iOS camera-tracking and LiDAR application. The pricing page describes the features included in each plan and supported devices. Plus is our existing paid tier; some provider-controlled product titles may still say Premium. A future Pro tier is not included unless expressly offered at checkout.

Weekly, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. The checkout shows the currency, billing period, applicable taxes and final price before you confirm. Localized website prices are estimates until your billing location is confirmed. A free trial applies only if explicitly shown for the selected purchase, with its duration and subsequent charge disclosed.

Payment and activation

For web purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Its Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction. RevenueCat helps manage subscription status and activation. Follow the purchase confirmation or email instructions to activate access in the app. Keep activation links private. If activation fails or a link expires, contact support; do not purchase again to resolve an activation problem.

App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple under the applicable Apple terms. Purchasing through one provider does not automatically cancel a separate subscription with another provider.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription using the management option provided for your purchase, the billing provider's portal, or Apple subscription settings for App Store purchases. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights. A full refund of the current paid period ends the refunded subscription and its access once processed. Partial refunds, goodwill adjustments and tax-only corrections do not by themselves end access unless separately agreed. Other valid subscriptions remain unaffected.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or infringe others' rights. Stellaxis OÜ and its licensors retain rights in the website, software and branding. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law or the licence supplied with the app.

Your rights and changes

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for defective digital products, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paddle's terms govern Paddle transactions; these terms govern our website and product relationship to the extent applicable. We will publish updates here and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
